Marketing Project Manager (Hybrid) – Cella
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Chicago, IL (Local candidates preferred)
Job Type: Contract
Compensation Range: $50 - $55 per hour
We are seeking an impact-driven
Project Manager
to lead the execution of a critical marketing and sales measurement effort within our B2B division! The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing a key strategic opportunity
to life , overseeing the successful implementation of a
full‑funnel sales measurement system . Your work is essential to driving
more effective and measurable growth

Responsibilities
Lead the execution of a strategy shaped by a recent consulting engagement, involving five distinct, interconnected workstreams (Data Management, Salesforce platform change, Reporting Dashboard, and Events).
Utilize Jira to track progress, applying both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and drive accountability across cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Technology).
Act as a proactive thought partner, bringing ideas to the table, influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and ensuring timely execution toward the goal of implementing a robust measurement system to facilitate growth.
Work‑knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
Qualifications
Complex Multi‑Stream Project Leadership (7‑10 Years): Proven ability to manage large corporate initiatives with 5+ interconnected workstreams simultaneously, specifically using Jira for tracking, and applying a mix of Waterfall/Agile approaches.
Marketing/Sales Technology & Systems Integration: Direct experience managing projects involving Salesforce/Marketo or similar sales/marketing platforms, with an emphasis on data and analytics to build measurement systems.
Demonstrated success in a large, matrixed environment where the PM was expected to proactively bring ideas to the table, resolve high‑stakes conflicts, and influence without direct hierarchical authority.
