Posting Date: 10/31/2025
This Patient Engagement Analyst will support DaVita’s efforts to increase patient engagement among our Integrated Kidney Care patient population, which includes patients across the kidney care continuum including CKD, ESKD, and transplant patients. Our team is focused on finding innovative ways to increase our ability to connect with, provide value for, and retain patients, with the belief that sustained patient engagement will lead to improved outcomes and a reduction in total cost of care. We often operate in white spaces and require acting as an “owner” to bring projects from idea to execution, proactively problem solve, or double down on adoption of best practices to support positive patient experience.
Analytics and Strategy
Analyze large amounts of complex information to find useful insights and suggest smart improvements for how we engage with IKC patients through programs and communications.
Use structured methods and a mindset of constant improvement to find the best ways to make our patient engagement campaigns more effective and our work processes more efficient.
Manage the full process of creating and double‑checking patient contact lists for our incentive and reward campaigns to ensure accuracy.
Create and maintain a set of regular reports and visual dashboards (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) to track the success of our various patient engagement programs.
Teamwork and Problem‑Solving
Takes an idea‑driven approach to find and test new opportunities. For example, investigate why a new process isn't being used in a certain area and then use data to recommend solutions.
Think critically to proactively identify and address areas where the process could break.
Evaluate effectiveness and scalability of initiatives and prepare markets for the launch of new capabilities and/or processes.
Understand how the team's work fits into the bigger picture and can connect our patient engagement results to broader goals, like reducing the total cost of care.
Written and Spoken Communication
Prepare PowerPoint presentations catered to the audience level and key meeting objectives.
Create digestible training materials and resources for teammates and leaders.
