Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm Fully Onsite:

Required 5 days in office. Hybrid after training.

The Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities (FICC) & Derivative Core Operations (FDCO) team performs end‑to‑end trade control, confirmation and settlements processes across FICC businesses and provides utility OTC derivative confirmation and settlement services for non‑FICC businesses. Derivatives Operations is responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing across a broad range of products, focusing on risk management, controls and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Trade exception resolution.

Handle ad‑hoc queries from traders, sales and clients.

Liaise with internal teams to resolve breaks.

Manage life‑cycle events, allocation support and novation management.

Support new products and activities for the credit business.

Lead industry initiatives and internal enhancements.

Maintain clearing controls.

Coordinate projects and project management activities.

Produce and analyze detailed reporting.

Respond promptly to client settlement queries.

Analyze and resolve system breaks.

Highlight collateral deficiencies.

Ensure proper client reporting and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Background in derivatives; knowledge of trade derivatives.

Knowledge of corporate loans.

Intermediate Excel skills.

Client‑focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to navigate and connect within a matrix work environment.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently.

Detail oriented with strong monitoring, controls and reporting focus.

Teamwork skills and ability to work across multiple functions.

Significant control and risk management mindset.

Preferred

Experience within a client service team focused on responding to inquiries.

Knowledge of Operational Risk.

Credit Derivative and Total Return Swap background.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required Knowledge

LIQ/Loan IQ experience.

Reviewing credit agreements to determine pricing and terms.

Entering data into LIQ system.

Collaboration with teams for document collection and requirement confirmation.

Interaction with agent bank when necessary.

Financial credit experience.

Problem solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Commercial Credit.

Wholesale Credit.

Fulfillment Booking/Funding experience (nonresidential).

Reading credit agreements.

Credit Analysis: assess corporate client creditworthiness.

Desired Skills

Loan Syndication Knowledge.

Loan Documentation Expertise.

Working Conditions

Possible exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Use of computers and technology.
