SAP OTC Lead - Onsite | Newark, CA
We’re looking for a seasoned SAP OTC Lead to drive our Service (Work Orders & Parts) transformation on S/4HANA. This role will lead end-to-end service order processes from Salesforce migrations to pricing and billing integration and ensure clean, scalable operations across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Service OTC on S/4HANA (S/4HANA Service / former CS + SD): service orders, job codes, parts lists, markups, returns/RMA, and billing.
Migrate work orders & part orders from Salesforce into SAP; fix data model, pricing, and ATP/parts distribution.
Establish E2E documentation for work order pick/ship billing FI postings; define exceptions/backorders.
Partner with FI for revenue recognition and ensure condition records reflect accurate markups/charges.
Direct SI teams on configuration, outputs, IDoc/EDI, and large‑scale monitoring/exception handling.
Ideal Profile
15+ years of SD/Service experience.
Deep background in service parts / after‑sales processes.
Skilled in leading workshops, writing precise functional specifications, and holding vendors accountable.
