What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI and machine learning projects, including model development and intelligent automation solutions
Support implementation and optimization of AI/ML platforms and coordinate cross-functional teams on AI initiatives
Serve as primary point of contact for AI project teams and deliver clear communications including status reports and risk assessments
Coordinate distributed teams and manage daily standups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
Partner with business units to ensure smooth implementation of AI solutions and develop change management plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
5+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics domains
Proven track record leading AI implementation projects through the full lifecycle
Hands-on experience with agile frameworks and traditional methodologies
Background working with remote and distributed teams across technical and business functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Consulting experience with the ability to quickly adapt to new business contexts
Familiarity with AI/ML technology stacks and MLOps tools
Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations as they relate to AI projects
Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred
Experience with budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis for AI investments
