Job Description:
The Product Designer will be a key contributor within a large UX organization, helping to modernize digital tools and applications used by insurance sales professionals across the organization.
This role supports 2 agile development teams and 2 Product Managers, beginning with Figma production work and gradually progressing to more strategic design decisions.
The designer will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver user‑centered solutions that enhance efficiency, satisfaction, and overall user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and product team members in an agile environment.
Participate in daily agile ceremonies and coordinate across multiple workstreams.
Design and deliver user‑centered solutions for complex applications and tools.
Conduct and integrate user research, usability testing, and concept validation.
Partner with the Lead UX Designer and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑quality digital experiences.
Leverage Figma for design production, using advanced features such as components and auto‑layout.
Support the launch of new digital applications for insurance sales professionals.
Engage with the broader UX community to share learnings, exchange ideas, and align design best practices.
Must Have:
Proven experience designing complex applications or tools.
Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like auto‑layout and components.
Strong visual design and interaction design fundamentals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
Experience working in agile environments.
Portfolio link included at the top of the resume (mandatory).
Nice to Have:
Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare industries.
Familiarity with large‑scale enterprise or legacy modernization projects.
Understanding of design systems and scalable UI frameworks.
Exposure to user research or UX strategy work.
