Senior Producer —a gifted storyteller and leader passionate about advancing biblical truth through media.
FRC stands at the forefront of faith, family, and freedom advocacy, reaching millions through its broadcast and digital platforms. The Senior Producer will lead the creative development and production of
Washington Watch
and other impactful media initiatives—crafting high-quality, mission-aligned content that informs, inspires, and mobilizes audiences across the nation.
This is an incredible opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of faith, news, and media—someone who can guide a team with excellence, uphold journalistic integrity, and bring clarity and conviction to a rapidly changing media landscape.
Who Are You? You’re a creative and driven media professional with a degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, and hands‑on experience producing and writing for broadcast or digital news. You thrive under daily deadlines, bring strong live news or field production skills, and understand how to manage shows from pre‑production through post‑production.
You’re detail‑oriented, highly organized, and excel in fast‑paced environments where timing and problem‑solving matter most. You know the full creative process—writing, shooting, editing, and producing—and you pair strong journalistic instincts with excellent communication skills.
You’re also a team player and leader, able to collaborate across technical teams, on‑air talent, vendors, and even political leaders, while mentoring and motivating others. Grounded in a vibrant Christian faith, you’re passionate about creating compelling content that informs, inspires, and upholds the mission of FRC.
