What you will do:
Lead and manage a team of manual testers and automation engineers to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules.
Coordinate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test cases.
Execute and oversee manual and automation testing activities, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Report on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in manual testing.
At least 3 years of experience as a Test Manager.
Experience in management of testing team (at least 10 testers) engaged in multiple projects/teams.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with agile development processes and practices.
Experience in testing metrics creation and maintenance.
Ability to coach and mentor testers.
Stakeholder management and change management skills.
Risk Management – ability to envisage possible issues, determine and implement solutions.
Basic knowledge of ITIL and release management.
Nice to have experience in roles as Project Manager or Project Coordination.
