Join Perrigo Company plc as a Demand Planning Manager. In this role you will manage a team of Customer Demand Planners and own the top‑down forecast for assigned product categories. You will align cross‑functional partners on demand assumptions, ensuring a robust, data‑driven forecast that supports supply, financial, and commercial planning.
Scope of the Role
Lead and develop a team of Customer Demand Planners, providing coaching, feedback, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
Own the top‑down forecast bridge for assigned product category(ies), clearly communicating key drivers and changes through compelling, data‑driven storytelling.
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership through the IBP cycle to align business assumptions and risks & opportunities through our key demand drivers.
Drive improvements through the team in forecast accuracy and bias via root cause analysis, process enhancements, external customer‑facing interaction, and best practice sharing.
Support strategic planning efforts related to new product launches, supply constraints, and portfolio optimization.
Champion the use of forecasting tools and data analytics to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision‑making.
Experience Required
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles; previous leadership or people management experience encouraged.
Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience working with large data sets and forecasting software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels.
High proficiency in Excel; experience with tools such as SAP IBP or similar preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or related field required.

Hybrid Working Approach This is a hybrid position: 3 days onsite at either our Grand Rapids or Allegan offices and 2 days remote.
