The Boeing Company. The Boeing Company is currently seeking Embedded Software Engineers (Associate, Experienced, or Senior) to support our PAC-3 Legacy Software located in Huntsville, Alabama. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Services (BDS) business organization.

Boeing's Advanced Design and Prototype Solutions (ADaPS) organization in Huntsville, AL brings you the opportunity to develop advanced PAC‑3 missile defense systems using agile, rapid prototyping techniques. Position Responsibilities

Develop and field flight software for PAC-3 sensor systems

Develop firmware and integrate with hardware/software

Develop and test algorithms for enhanced software capabilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for software domains, system‑specific issues, processes and regulations

Work in small agile teams composed of diverse engineering skills

Tackle complex problems on a variety of programs

Develop technical products, plans, documentation, and briefings in support of program requirements

Location:

100% onsite in Huntsville, Alabama.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

2+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or integration and test experience with mission systems on tactical platforms

2+ years of professional experience with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada

Operating system knowledge of Linux or Windows

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited engineering program

Experience with embedded systems architecture, design, and debugging

Experience with missile defense sensor algorithms or digital signal processing algorithms

Experience with sensor systems for complex conversion of analog and waveform data

Travel:

No travel is expected.

Pay & Benefits $90,100 - $121,900 for Associate Level $110,500 - $149,500 for Experienced Level $132,600 - $179,400 for Senior Level

Security Clearance:
