Salary range: $28.00 - $45.00 hourly; hiring range for new employees is $28.00 - $36.50 hourly, DOE

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist with bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing for approximately 700 employees
Complete verifications of employment requests and assist with manual check printing
Ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll records, including new hires and terminations
Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and troubleshoot timekeeping software issues
Support HRIS administration and maintain records for compliance and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
Associate's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 1 year of payroll/HR administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to tasksEffective communication skills for interaction with employees and management
Must have reliable attendance and actively participate in the safety program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Experience with UKG Workforce Ready and UKG Pro Software or similar payroll systems
HR/Payroll certification
Additional payroll experience in a similar role
