What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to products and procedures
Update sales representatives on procedures and notify account managers of any issues requiring follow‑up
Collaborate with account managers to achieve and exceed national, regional, and territory sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%
Ability to work in environments with exposure to infectious diseases and radiation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Preference for local candidates with experience at the employer
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
Completion of a pacing school or ATI-like training program
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in cardiac catheter ablation field providing technical/clinical support
