Senior Property Manager
Specialty Consultants , the leading real estate recruiting firm, is seeking a
Senior Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of industrial assets across the West region (Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, Washington). This individual will play a key leadership role in managing operations, financial performance, tenant relations, and site upkeep, while ensuring that each property meets the company's institutional standards. The
Senior Property Manager
will work closely with the VP of Asset Management and the acquisitions, construction and accounting teams to enhance property value, maintain operational excellence, and support the firm’s rapid growth.
This role is based in the Phoenix, AZ area, and will travel to assets throughout the company's West region as necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of West region industrial portfolio.
Onboard new acquisitions into portfolio in coordination with Asset Management.
Develop, manage, and monitor property budgets (operating expenses, CAPEX, repairs, and site improvements).
Prepare and review property performance reports, including occupancy, NOI, and budget variance analysis.
Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
Coordinate capital projects.
Provide high level of customer service and responsiveness.
Provide recommendations for capital improvements and value-add projects that enhance site utility and long-term value.
Collaborate with management team on strategic initiatives and process improvement efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years of property management experience, preferably within industrial real estate.
Proven ability to manage multi-site portfolios and drive operational, financial, and tenant satisfaction results.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and NOI analysis.
Ability to travel to properties throughout the West region for inspections and tenant/vendor meetings.
