The Role

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Account Manager to lead relationships and drive revenue growth with key financial institutions across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

This is a high-impact, front-line role for someone passionate about building long-term partnerships with banks, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering complex enterprise solutions that enable digital transformation in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of banking clients across DACH — ensuring strong relationships, renewals, and upsell opportunities.

Develop a deep understanding of client strategies, business models, and technology landscapes to identify areas for innovation and value creation.

Drive the full sales cycle — from opportunity identification to negotiation and close — collaborating closely with pre‑sales, delivery, and product teams.

Meet and exceed annual sales targets through proactive account planning and structured pipeline management.

Represent the company at key regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and reporting for regional leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales to banks or financial institutions — essential.

Proven success in account management or consultative sales within core banking, trade finance, treasury, payments, or digital transformation.

Strong understanding of the DACH banking ecosystem, ideally with established relationships in Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 banks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in German and English.

A self‑starter who thrives in an international, fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across diverse teams and markets.
