Vice President (VP) Payment Automation Sales
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President (VP) Payment Automation Sales within our Corpay division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is remote. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team focused on selling Corpay's market-leading Payment Automation solutions, including payment software, check, card, and ACH services. You will report directly to the SVP, Vertical Markets and regularly collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to drive scalable, repeatable growth and continued market leadership.

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Meeting and exceeding team revenue goals to ensure continued company growth
Setting and enforcing sales processes and procedures to promote consistency and excellence across the sales team
Hiring, training, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to enhance individual performance and career progression
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to drive sales, strengthen market awareness, and ensure alignment across business functions
Leading, motivating, and challenging team members to achieve ambitious goals in a rapidly evolving market
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum of 10+ years overseeing sales organizations, developing strategies, and forecasting sales volume
Minimum of 8+ years selling and / or leading sales teams in SaaS, Software, or Payments
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate payments sales and / or sales leadership
Proven track record of leadership and sales success in a competitive, fast‑paced environment
Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
Expert understanding of commercial payments, SaaS software, or technology solutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated ability to operate as both a visionary and hands‑on leader

At Corpay, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. Base range is between $150,000 - $160,000 + uncapped commissions.
