Civil Site Designer/Engineer

As a motivated and skilled Civil Site Designer/Engineer joining our rapidly growing team, you will work on innovative, multi-disciplinary civil/site design projects, federal design projects and planning efforts throughout the Delaware area. You will be a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, utilizing Civil 3D software to develop engineered construction plans, collaborating with civil engineers, and contributing to the successful delivery of high‑quality projects.
Responsibilities
Utilize Civil 3D Software to create construction plans, alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered designs.
Collaborate with project teams, including civil engineers, project leaders, and other team members, to develop and refine engineering designs.
Design site layouts, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and infrastructure for both private and public‑sector clients.
Lead project meetings with internal staff, clients, and agencies to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
Follow client and internal design standards and procedures to deliver high‑quality, accurate designs.
Apply creative and innovative solutions to meet the engineering needs of each project.
Develop expertise in the site/civil design field while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth and success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2+ years of related experience.
Engineering Intern (EI) or Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) license required.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
