We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and fast‑growing law firm, which delivers strategic, results‑driven legal solutions to small and mid‑size businesses. The ideal candidate is a strong litigator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, manages their own caseload independently, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials. Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, and prepare witnesses. Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents. Develop litigation strategy and provide sound legal counsel to clients. Work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and support staff to drive cases forward. Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution. Qualifications
5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation. Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience. Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills. Excellent communication, case management, and client interaction abilities. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing in California preferred. Benefits
