Sharepoint Administrator (W2 Only) Physical location in Michigan required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine SharePoint administration such as setting up new users and permissions.

Develop out‑of‑the‑box SharePoint solutions to address business problems and processes.

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint workflows.

Transition existing SharePoint Classic sites to SharePoint Modern/Online.

Migrate on‑prem classic SharePoint solutions to SharePoint Online.

Utilize Power Automate, Sharegate, and Quest to support migration and day‑to‑day operations.

Troubleshoot application issues and support users through service‑desk tickets.

Document solutions, create and maintain application documentation and reports.

Develop, update, and manage Power Apps and Power Automate flows.

Ensure integrations between SharePoint and the Power Platform are maintained and updated.

Assist end‑users with configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting of Power Apps and flows.

Collaborate with the team to resolve conflicts and improve processes.

Perform additional related duties as assigned to complete job responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proven ability to write documentation and correspondence for various versions of SharePoint.

Experience presenting plans and collaborating with project team members.

Strong conflict resolution skills within a team environment.

Advanced troubleshooting skills across integrated applications.

Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of business functions as they relate to SharePoint applications.

Experience managing application integrations and implementations.

Understanding of ITIL concepts.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to define team direction.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Ability to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

PowerShell experience preferred.

Migration and SharePoint Online experience required.

Familiarity with Power Automate, Sharegate, and Quest is a plus.

Experience Level Intermediate Level

Pay Range Hourly: $35.00 – $45.00
