Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal Network CTO teams, network supporting organizations, and external partners to ensure our current and future networks are built to be diverse, reliable, and resilient.
What You’ll Do:
Hands‑on development for innovative solutions to audit networks for diversity.
Use GenAI to enhance and expand a robust Diverse Network Route Engine.
Data analytics to assess and make transport network data consumable.
Ensure adherence to software and security standards.
Collaborate with strategic partners on Network Transformation programs.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience with SQL, HTML, Power BI, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, Eclipse/IntelliJ, Apache, Tomcat, Python.
Ability to extract data from various sources (Snowflake, Oracle, Palantir/DEEP).
Use of CI/CD tools and configuration management.
Infrastructure support: Linux/Windows/FlexCloud (Azure configuration knowledge a plus).
Experience using GenAI (LLM, RAG, Scikit‑learn/TensorFlow/PyTorch, Agentic AI, ML for backend analytics).
Lead system security standards adherence and remediation.
Enthusiasm to deliver innovative solutions to make AT&T’s networks more resilient.
What You’ll Need:
PhD with 4+ years relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years or Bachelor’s with 8+ years in an approved field from an approved university.
Experience supporting Network systems (Infrastructure, Software, Security).
Knowledge of network inventory systems, transport, and core (mobility/RAN) networks.
Demonstrated problem‑solving ability.
Preferred Education:
PhD in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Telecom or similar STEM degree.
Salary Range:
$180,200 - $270,400 USD annually (may vary by geography, experience, education, and training).
