Develop and communicate a shared vision for the global payroll product strategy

Evangelize product roadmap and process changes both internally and externally
What is Required (Qualifications)
Hands‑on experience in the payroll area as a product manager
Extensive experience in product management, ideally at high‑growth companies
Demonstrable experience leading high‑performing product management teams
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership
Strong judgment in making strategic and tactical decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
A strong sense of design and user experience
Passion for creating products that solve complex problems effectively
Fluent written and spoken English
