What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the Diabetes Field Sales and Clinical team to achieve targets through strategic planning and sales process optimization
Build and maintain key relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support sales and market development
Coach and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture
Oversee resources, budgets, and cross-functional strategies while collaborating on new product launches
Provide leadership and talent development to build and lead high-performing teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales and leadership experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to manage budgeting and P&L
Strong background in sales forecasting and strategy
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in a related field
Knowledge of Diabetes Therapy Management
Experience directing full-line sales teams including regional managers and clinical support reps
Established key customer relationships within the medical devices market
A strong grasp of financial acumen and a proven track record of implementing successful sales programs
