As an Executive Assistant, you will provide a full range of administrative and program support. Responsibilities include: Performing various administrative tasks, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and planning team events. Compiling and seeking input on meeting agendas, purchasing supplies, and maintaining equipment. Making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and coordinating meeting logistics. Assisting with special events and communicating on behalf of the director with internal and external stakeholders. Using systems and resources to coordinate projects, maintain data, produce reports, and manage budgets. Partnering with colleagues to ensure consistency and cross-chapter alignment, applying processes to improve effectiveness. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 1-year of experience or equivalent combination (totaling 5 years). Experience in business writing, formatting, editing, and proofreading. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and belonging. Experience analyzing information for reports, coordinating activities, and problem solving. Database experience, including managing and tracking data and producing reports. Customer service experience. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences. Requirements
Valid driver’s license and compliance with
TNC’s Auto Safety Program . Eligibility to complete a Vehicle Use Agreement. Salary and Start Date
Starting pay range: $29.40 – $31.50 per hour (USA). Earliest possible start date: January 12, 2025. Location and Work Arrangement
Minneapolis office. Hybrid schedule, with in-person presence expected. Overtime as needed. Equal Opportunity Employer
