Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service with a customer‑first mindset.
Understand sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture, etc.), utilizing tools and resources to drive performance.
Contribute to the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans by collaborating with the team to uphold standards of excellence across all touchpoints of brand policies and procedures.
Connect customers using the Polo Connect program.
Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
Educate customers on all programs, initiatives, resources and offerings.
Assist with sizing and fitting room customer service while maintaining store standards.
Maintain store standards, policies and processes on the sales floor and back‑of‑house, including completing all opening and closing responsibilities as required.
Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment (ISOS).
Participate in individual company trainings, including compliance, product, process, talent development and company initiatives.
Balance tasks while prioritizing the RL experience, ensuring the customer experience is always the priority.
Provide product feedback, category opportunities or needs to management.
Maintain visual standards, using visual techniques and company guidelines.
Support a professional, positive work environment, champion company core values and uphold company policies.
Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
Compensation Salary range: $15 - $19.72 hourly.
Preferred Qualifications
Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high‑volume or high‑profile environment.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
Ability to navigate the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work around/with chemicals; lift/climb up to 30 lbs; and climb moderately.
Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts and travel (as required).
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and co‑workers.
