Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Application Engineer to support and grow our advanced engineering solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Engineers to identify, demonstrate, and implement cutting‑edge technologies across a variety of industries. This is a hands‑on position requiring strong technical acumen, problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑first mindset. This role will be worked throughout the Midwest Region.

Spatial Positioning Systems
Collaborative Robotics
Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) / Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Cordless DC tools, providing in‑depth technical knowledge and support.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners to drive project success.
Technical Responsibilities
Program and troubleshoot various automation systems including:
PLCs
HMIs
Servo Drives
Vision Inspection Systems
Industrial Robots
AR Devices
Lead the on‑site implementation of advanced solutions at customer facilities.
Conduct technical training for Sales Engineers and clients on new technologies and system integrations.
Support proposal and sales efforts by assisting with solution scoping, hardware/software costing, and training plans.
