Position Responsibilities
Oversee the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes.
Guide or provide assistance in the root cause analysis of nonconformance.
Verify the accuracy of analysis results by consulting with other authorities in the technical field.
Oversee the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
Provide oversight of corrective/preventive action plans to assure timely completion.
Review quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes.
Create formal analytical reports and coordinate with responsible parties for internal/external distribution.
Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
Participate with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and their implementation.
Conduct quality source selections and process reviews of suppliers to ensure they meet program and business requirements.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
1+ years of experience preparing and delivering a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation to leadership or a customer group.
1+ years of experience in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets).
1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data.
1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).
1+ years of experience leading or managing Corrective Actions or Root Cause Analysis.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing (Level 3).
1+ years of experience in project management.
1+ years of experience working with Tableau.
1+ years of experience in defect reduction strategies within a cross‑functional environment.

$72,250 – $97,750
Summary Pay Range for Experienced (Level 3):
$86,700 – $117,300
