Responsibilities

Perform advanced technical support (Tier 3/4) for employees facing application issues, working closely with internal teams and product engineers to enhance products and user experience.

Deliver expert service engineering across multiple platforms, including Windows Client/Server, Intune, Security, Authentication, Identity, Networking, Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Use existing telemetry data or create new telemetry solutions to analyze frequent ticket and call drivers, identifying obstacles, bugs, and change requests.

Develop and manage scripts (PowerShell/VS Code) for automating issue detection and resolution.

Create troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials for lower tier teams to improve issue resolution rates.

Oversee incident resolution timelines, escalation processes, and track time to resolution.

Collaborate with managers and engineering groups to resolve complex customer issues, sometimes working directly with customers; monitor support tickets for accuracy, resource gaps, and quality concerns.

Provide both technical solutions and analytical reports to leadership, supporting strategic decisions on MSD services.

Demonstrated experience managing and improving enterprise services for over three years, including production system support.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT service engineering and/or support

Possess strong troubleshooting skills for client/server software across diverse platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux) and have the ability to solve problems independently.

Proven expertise in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and triaging complex platforms, applications, security, authentication, device management, and networking issues.

Proficient in PowerShell, VS Code, Azure, and Power BI, using these tools for automated issue detection and remediation
