We’re looking for a Cloud Application Architect to join the team and work in a cloud software engineering role, working with teams to leverage and expand your client’s capabilities.

Responsibilities You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to translate customer needs, and assist others in migration and solutioning of mission‑critical capabilities. You’ll be responsible for working with current and new software development teams, understanding their architecture and development environment tooling to develop onboarding paths to your client’s platform. You’ll have expertise with multiple cloud providers, work independently while leading others, and work across development teams. You should be able to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with the design, deployment, and management of Cloud environments, including AWS or Azure
8+ years of experience with system administration of Windows or Linux Operating Systems
Experience with leading teams of operations personnel in managing existing cloud or on‑prem production systems
Experience with architecting, building, and deploying systems and applications in Cloud platforms
Experience with monitoring, maintenance, and security of critical infrastructure components
Knowledge of foundational system administration principles
Knowledge of DoD accreditation processes
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to obtain 8570 IAT II or III Certification, including Security+ within 3 months of start date
Nice to Have
Experience with leading a team of cloud professionals on projects or efforts
Experience working with DoD RMF ATO systems requiring accreditation
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure cost forecasting and tracking
Ability to work through challenging security requirements and maintain compliance
AWS or Azure certification
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience.
