We’re currently seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead Copy operations for both new and existing client engagements. In this role you will be responsible for leading the creative work that is produced across our accounts, assigning teams, inspiring them to consistently produce exceptional concepts, and ensuring client satisfaction with quality, value, and responsiveness.

Exceptional leadership skills
Collaborative ability with Account Management, Project Excellence, and other capabilities
Active participation in client meetings throughout the project life cycle
Manage copy team workloads to maximize productivity and billability
Develop and review creative briefs with strategic insight
Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director of Art to produce standout, strategically focused concepts and campaigns
Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and deliver quality work
Estimate copy hours
Lead concept development and tactical planning
Provide written and face‑to‑face feedback for performance reviews and ongoing coaching
Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
Lead creative teams in concept development and project execution
Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients’ products and marketing challenges and respond to their strategic and creative needs
Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate
Strong presentation skills
Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing copy in a healthcare or life sciences agency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience across therapeutic areas (highly preferred)
People‑leadership experience
Proven client and project management experience
Ability to monitor team outputs to meet client objectives
Experience with emerging AI tools
Travel Requirements This role is remote, but you may be asked to travel for key business meetings with clients and internal teams throughout the year.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,800 - $244,300. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other compensation may be offered.
