January 2026 . This role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting customers on insurance needs, and converting leads into policies.

Why Liberty Mutual? Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth. Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and generous commission. Top performing agents can earn up to $85,000+ in their second year and onward.

Position Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the states of North Carolina, New Jersey, South Columbia, Indiana, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered.

From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries: paid training also includes licensing.

Training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

No cold calls, all incoming warm leads.

Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.

All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk, wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite or mobile internet services.

Qualifications

2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related experience required.

Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.

Property and Casualty license required after hire.
