Manage and grow client relationships by executing data‑driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross‑functional collaboration. Key duties include client onboarding, campaign execution, performance reporting, data analysis, and strategic partnership development. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing client demands with internal priorities. Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months. Own the onboarding experience to decrease time‑to‑launch through strong coordination with Sales and Operations. Manage day‑to‑day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real‑time, driving better outcomes across client portfolios. Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and maintain expertise in affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and tracking platforms such as Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, and Looker. Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven track record in day‑to‑day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail. Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance and aid business outcomes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities. 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management. Competencies
Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and align strategies with business objectives. Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit‑sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
