Title SAP BW HANA Consultant
Location Greensboro, NC

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP BW HANA Consultant to design, develop, and maintain data models and ETL processes within SAP BW/4HANA and SAP HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HANA modeling, data integration, and performance optimization, along with hands‑on experience in migration and analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SAP HANA models, including Attribute Views and Calculation Views using both graphical and SQL-based modeling.
Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using BW/4HANA objects, HANA SDI/SDA, and Data Services.
Work on native HANA development leveraging SQL Script, procedures, table functions, and performance tuning techniques.
Implement and support HANA Embedded Analytics solutions.
Contribute to BW on HANA to BW/4HANA migration projects, ensuring smooth data transition and system stability.
Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver scalable BI and reporting solutions.
Utilize SAP ABAP and Core Data Services (CDS) Views for integration and data modeling.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in SAP HANA modeling (Attribute Views, Calculation Views, SQL modeling).
5+ years of experience with SAP BW/4HANA, HANA SDI/SDA, and Data Services for data extraction and transformation.
Proven expertise in SQL Script, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Experience in BW on HANA to BW/4HANA migration projects.
Solid understanding of HANA Embedded Analytics and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP ABAP and CDS Views for data modeling and integration.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
