Our clients marketing team seeks a proactive, creative, detailed and optimization‑oriented Operations and Communications Lead to manage cross‑functional planning and implementation of projects that drive engagement and success of global partners.
Base pay range $67.00/hr – $74.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Manage project timelines and cross‑functional alignment to ensure timely fulfillment of assets that power partner marketing efforts.
Drive the development of communications for all third‑party partners, including keynote slate updates, newsletters, email updates and more.
Support planning and execution of global partner events, collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
Oversee global partner screener site with the video operations team, ensuring prompt distribution of titles to third‑party partners for respective markets.
Ongoing marketing budget management including submitting monthly forecasts, opening POs and fielding invoice inquiries.
Foster relationships across the organization to unlock opportunities for partner engagement.
Influence executive stakeholders through structured thinking, exceptional communication, and a strong grasp of business dynamics.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications or operations — ideally in a fast‑paced, global organization across media and entertainment.
Exceptional collaborator and communicator who can influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Team player who can work independently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, from briefing through execution and delivery.
Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clarity.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems with creativity, insight, and empathy.
Presentation skills and experience building keynote presentations required.
Partner‑facing experience a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
