About The Role We’re leveling up our understanding of our customers’ needs & perspectives—and we’re hiring a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to help make it happen. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, this role will bring a customer‑centric perspective & rigorous research insights to inform decisions across marketing, product, sales, and the broader business. Your work will directly impact how we reach and serve millions of users worldwide.

What You Will Do

Lead qualitative & quantitative consumer insights & market research efforts as a member of the Marketing Analytics team.

Design & field research in partnership with internal stakeholders & external market research consultants.

Champion customer centricity in our marketing organization—represent the voice of the customer in marketing, product, and other conversations.

Uncover new ways of understanding our customers—collaborating with Marketing Analysts & Data Scientists to make qualitative & quantitative market research findings actionable.

Partner across the business—from Product, Pricing, Analytics, Finance, CRM, and Regional Marketing—to reveal consumer insights that drive growth strategies, audience segmentation, and full‑funnel performance.

Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the business.

What We Are Looking For

5 years of experience in consumer insights or market research with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD.

Experience with survey & other quantitative market research techniques.

Experience in qualitative research methods.

Bilingual proficiency required; English/Spanish or English/French strongly preferred, proficiency in additional languages is a plus to connect with our global customer audience.

Understanding of global migration dynamics.

Ability to connect with & represent the voice of diverse cultural communities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong understanding of how cultural and economic factors shape consumer behavior.

Compensation Anticipated Base Pay: $120,000 - $170,000 + participation in our annual bonus plan.
