We’re seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our growing Roseville team. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced construction environment, supporting our project management and field teams from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be part of projects that shape communities and strengthen our reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

Support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project coordination

Review and track RFIs, submittals, and material approvals

Maintain organized project documentation and communication logs

Assist with change order preparation and schedule updates

Help manage subcontractor performance and jobsite compliance

Participate in meetings with owners, architects, and vendors

Ensure all work aligns with Uprite’s quality and safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of experience in commercial or multifamily ground‑up construction

Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
