This Leadless Clinical Specialist, CRM role is a field-based position based in the Great Lakes Region in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division, focusing on leadless technology to improve treatment for patients with heart arrhythmias. What You’ll Work On

Develops and manages strategic programs to educate healthcare providers on indications for products to maximize adoption of the leadless CRM portfolio. Provide clinical expertise for current and new customers. Collaborate with customers to influence the outcome of procedures through presentations, data-driven analysis and deep product knowledge. Provide technical support in accordance with instructions for use/trial protocol and best practices to facilitate procedural consistency and optimal clinical outcomes. Support site performance and safe growth; assist in education and training activities with physicians, support staff and Abbott personnel; stay abreast of clinical data regarding leadless CRM products. Act as therapy expert on products, hospital electronics systems, device implantation, technology, patient indications, patient selection, reimbursement, and programming. Educate physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care providers on indications and patient selection for therapy. Provide product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at staff in-services and physician seminars. Coordinate and deliver programs and resources to facilitate market expansion and therapy access. Provide market intelligence for refining therapy training and expansion plans." Oversee local education and training activities including coordination of procedure simulators, simulated procedures, and staff in-service coordination; maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge; understand current literature and competitive products. Liaise with marketing for technology improvements and future needs; complete administrative reporting as assigned. Plan and organize work effectively, monitor performance, and report status. Implement best practices to ensure success and cost effectiveness in areas of responsibility. Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and practices. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering or equivalent/related experience 5+ years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with Leadless CRM products Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others Comfort navigating the medical environment, including labs and hospital settings Proven ability to lead and influence customers; provide guidance to course correct as needed Strong written and verbal communications skills Familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office and common PC applications Willingness to travel for business as required Preferred
