Logic20 / 20 Inc.
As a UX designer you’ll be the driving force behind the creation of fantastic customer experiences. You’ll create a broad range of UX deliverables including blueprints, wireframes, user flows, working prototypes, and other artifacts to describe the desired user experience. You’ll collaborate with information architects, UX architects, strategists and other team members from technology and creative teams. This is an influential client‑facing role: you’ll meet with clients directly to gather requirements and present information architecture artifacts.
About you
You can create site maps, process maps, feature lists, mockups, visual specifications, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience.
You’re good at gathering requirements to analyze user and business needs, setting scope, and interface strategies.
You’ve created detailed UX specifications for interactive interfaces and applications.
You plan and organize many activities—including taxonomy, information architecture, navigation, user research, usability testing, card sorting, and interaction design (wireframes and prototypes of all fidelities from paper to clickable).
You’re comfortable consulting clients about their business goals and proposing UX solutions and strategies.
You’ve successfully executed the IA/UX of complex interfaces.
About the team The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next‑gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You will work side‑by‑side with architects, managers and engineering consultants to gain a 360° perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
10‑15 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch and Adobe Experience Cloud suite.
Experience working with customers to understand their business models and goals, and to help define strategy, content and features for website design.
Ability to define experience architecture and navigation that serve as a blueprint for interactive projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting GenAI projects.
Experience working for a consulting services company or agency.
Portfolio to accompany your resume.
Additional Information Logic20/20 offers competitive pay with a target pay range of $52–$59 per hour for this role. The final hourly payment offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and location.
