Overview
Senior Director, People Experience Technology Systems — Electronic Arts (EA). This role leads the transformation of People Experience technology strategy, product execution, and digital enablement across the People Experience (PE) function. Reports to the VP of Total Rewards and works with IT, PE Business and Practice Partners, Global Talent, Compensation, and People Experience Operations to deliver modern digital services for employees, people leaders, and PE team members globally. Responsibilities
Implement a product-led, experience-first People Experience technology strategy aligned with PE goals. Develop a multi-year PE technology roadmap spanning the PE portfolio, integrated across talent, performance, rewards, workforce planning, and employee experience. Define a technology strategy focused on automation, simplification, and improved user experience for employees, people leaders, and the PE team. Build and evolve the systems landscape including Core HR, Goals, Performance, Learning, Workforce Compensation, and Recruiting using Workday or similar systems. Ensure systems meet governance requirements across regions worldwide. Design an integrated technology strategy to enable personalized, smooth digital experiences for employees; simplify experiences for people leaders; and empower PE teams with data-informed workflows and analytics. Embed employee experience design across systems and workflows, using feedback and analytics for continuous improvements. Partner with HR Operations and People Services to modernize case management, knowledge delivery, process automation, and service resiliency. Collaborate with IT, enterprise architects, data teams, analytics, and external vendors to deliver cohesive PE tech stack solutions. Co-lead vendor evaluations, platform integrations, and contract management with procurement and legal; evolve HRIT operating model toward product thinking, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement. Define and govern product ownership, team roles, and accountability across HR, IT, and external contributors; improve backlog prioritization, release planning, and delivery operations. Drive investment planning and innovation, including AI enablement; develop business cases and secure funding for prioritized projects; translate industry trends into opportunities. Champion AI and machine learning applications for personalization, automation, and proactive insights; enable talent visibility and workforce knowledge through integrated tools. Ensure data integration and orchestration across HR platforms to support thoughtful, context-aware experiences. Grow and mentor a team of HR technology product leaders; foster a culture of collaboration, clarity, and influence; contribute to leadership development in PE and Total Rewards. Qualifications
12+ years of progressive experience in People Experience technology, digital product leadership, or enterprise transformation roles. Expertise partnering with multiple specialty teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. Experience aligning service delivery models with platform capabilities across global workforces; expertise in cloud-based HCM suites (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle), EXTech, and related tools. Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML, skills intelligence frameworks, and EX orchestration tools to enhance workforce insights and automation. Experience developing investment cases and driving execution in a matrixed environment. Compensation And Benefits

Pay offered is determined based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. California (Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) — $210,600 to $320,000 USD Washington (Seattle vs. Spokane) — $198,300 to $269,500 USD In the US, EA offers a comprehensive benefits package for regular full-time employees, including paid time off, sick time, holidays, parental leave, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and 401(k).
