$100/Hr - $105/Hr
Job Description Minimum 60% onsite required (candidate need to be flexible to come more than 60% if needed).
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (normal business hours).
The Cell Therapy External Manufacturing ERP Systems business analyst is part of the Cell Therapy Vector & External Manufacturing Operations (VEXMO) organization and will support the ERP business process for the external network. This role is responsible for preparing business requirement documents and ensures requirements are concise, clear, and testable. Must be able to articulate requirements into UAT scripts, understand SAP Master Data, and must have been involved in 3 full life-cycle ERP implementations. Given the dynamic nature of cell therapy, this role requires an individual who can provide structure while quickly adapting to change. The scope of the role includes both Commercial & Clinical phase assets and will collaborate extensively with cross‑functional stakeholders including IT, Project Management, Business Delivery, Supply Chain, Patient Operations, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Prepare business requirement documents, ensuring requirements are concise, clear, and testable.
Translate requirements into UAT scripts and test plans.
Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
Support rollout of Global SAP S/4 Business solutions, including workshops, UAT planning, execution, and deployment activities.
Maintain SAP Master Data and contribute to data governance.
Assist in SAP implementation projects (Green Field, Master Data, SAP S4 HANA).
Facilitate 3PL integrations and inter‑company invoice processing.
Qualifications
Experience in biopharmaceutical clinical, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercialization with knowledge of cGMP/Pharmaceutical processes.
3 full life‑cycle ERP implementations experience.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA (Green Field, Master Data).
Hands‑on experience with SAP ICO Supply Chain solutions (Forecast, MPS, MRP, Planned Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, STO, inventory management, inbound/outbound delivery, PO return, 3PL integration, inter‑company invoicing).
Familiarity with Sub‑Contracting process.
Experience with client ALM tools for test planning and execution.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Education Bachelor's degree required in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Compensation Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
