Geotechnical Staff Project Manager I (Entry Level)
Join ECS Group of Companies as a Geotechnical Staff Project Manager I (Entry Level). This entry‑level role provides the opportunity to grow our geotechnical and construction materials testing (CMT) capabilities while building experience in project management.
Responsibilities
Support preparation of geotechnical reports, including analysis and recommendations in collaboration with senior staff.
Manage CMT projects, review daily reports, resolve issues, and train field staff.
Control project budgets for geotechnical and CMT projects and prepare invoices.
Assist with or perform, under supervision, activities such as: designing boring and test pit layouts; evaluating site access; preparing drilling packages and obtaining utility clearances; researching local geological history; supervising field crews; performing in‑situ testing; conducting specialized geotechnical field tests; classifying soil and assigning laboratory tests; preparing proposals for geotechnical and CMT projects for training and development.
Assist with various support tasks required for project delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
No experience required for this entry‑level position; a professional license is not required now but necessary for advancement.
Valid driver’s license required if driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary.
