Consumer Panel Consultants play a critical role at NielsenIQ by helping clients maximize the value of our consumer panel data. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through informed business decisions by delivering consulting, analysis, and actionable insights. You’ll support both subscription‑based clients and provide expertise on ad‑hoc deliverables.
Responsibilities
Serve as an expert in proprietary NIQ tools and metrics to address clients’ consumer panel business questions.
Consult with clients on deliverables by answering questions, guiding them through the data, and ensuring satisfaction with the insights provided.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Consultants to enhance the client experience related to consumer panel data.
Independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical frameworks leveraging clients’ licensed consumer data assets.
Simplify and visualize data, translating complex metrics into compelling narratives with insightful callouts and actionable recommendations.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Specialty Sales and Customer Success in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Prepare and present insights and recommendations aligned with Academy Silver graduate standards, consistently applying SCQA and AP frameworks.
Drive customer satisfaction through the delivery of relevant, impactful analysis and insights.
Proactively identify revenue opportunities and partner with Account Directors to convert leads into business growth.
Execute effectively within the established service model, ensuring consistency and excellence in delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years working with Consumer Panel data (NIQ, Numerator, Circana, etc.)
8+ years managing clients, preferably in the Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Ability to multi‑task and successfully manage projects independently
Desire to solve problems and remove roadblocks
Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn and work across a wide variety of data platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power‑point)
Experience with pivot tables, Tableau and Power BI is a plus

Additional Information This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:
$92,000 - $125,000.00 . Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus. Other benefits include flexible working environment, comprehensive health insurance, industry‑leading parental leave, life insurance, education support and more.
