Job Title: Training Specialist
The Training Specialist plays a key role in ensuring training programs within a regulated manufacturing environment meet GxP, regulatory, and industry standards. This position is responsible for the effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support manufacturing and related departments, streamline curricula, and ensure employees are properly trained to perform their roles consistently and compliantly.
Summary: The Training Specialist plays a key role in ensuring training programs within a regulated manufacturing environment meet GxP, regulatory, and industry standards. This position is responsible for the effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support manufacturing and related departments, streamline curricula, and ensure employees are properly trained to perform their roles consistently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless user experience.
Build and update training curricula and user groups in collaboration with department leads.
Generate and deliver training reports to support audits and inspections.
Enter and maintain training data for non-LMS activities and integrate eLearning modules.
Review and assess training needs for new or revised SOPs.
Provide LMS support, guidance, and technical assistance to end users.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance training efficiency.
Participate in internal and external audits as required.
Qualifications:
2–4 years’ experience in a regulated environment (life sciences, energy, aviation, or similar).
4–6 years of experience in professional training or LMS administration.
Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., ComplianceWire, Veeva, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline preferred.
