In the role as a Senior Sourcing Lead for Marketing and Customer Collateral, you will be armed with key spend data, forward‑looking market intelligence and a fully integrated source‑to‑pay process, enabling you to be a strong strategic partner with business line executives. This will help you drive shorter cycle times, increased market intelligence, higher‑level strategic discussions and increased savings opportunities. You will be a hands‑on team leader with oversight of key spend category development. The Senior Sourcing Lead will report to the Senior Sourcing Team Manager in Strategic Sourcing within Procurement. The Lead will drive cost‑saving initiatives for the assigned commodity and consider the total cost of ownership across the bank. You will have responsibility for cross‑enterprise engagement of the business‑line strategy and commodity‑vendor strategy. The successful candidate will partner with business owners to identify market and economic‑trend opportunities and execute against them to continually improve the value derived from third‑party relationships. The primary focus is to align with the business lines in a way that generates a positive impact on achieving their business goals while optimizing value for the organization. Primary Responsibilities

Develop commodity strategies to achieve cost savings and improve quality and service levels by identifying opportunities and sourcing strategies for strategic/complex negotiations. Oversee all spend activity for the assigned commodity and determine proper action plans for purchases that meet procurement thresholds. Lead cross‑functional teams to execute sourcing initiatives including the competitive bidding process and contract negotiations. Negotiate, including contract red‑lining for all types of corporate transactions using an agile contracting framework. Provide category procurement subject‑matter expertise for the associated business/functions. Work with functional and business groups as a trusted advisor to determine desired product/service specifications and projected demand when making recommended action plans. Maintain close relationships with the industry supply base and industry experts to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Proactively identify improvement opportunities for assigned category areas and recommend key actions. Utilize analytical thinking and tools to identify new benefit generation; prioritize projects to ensure demonstrated impact to the business. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Experience in marketing‑agency contracting/management preferred Deep understanding of financial modeling and strategy development 7+ years in strategic sourcing, contracting

Preferred Qualifications

SAP/Ariba experience Team management/mentorship

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per week: 40 Work schedule: M-F 8-5 Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $113,300 - $140,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location and relevant skills and experience.
