Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President – Wealth Product Design to lead digital product and service solutions within our Wealth Management business in Dallas.
Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end design across digital channels to deliver world‑class products and services.
Maintain and elevate high standards of creativity and innovation across digital offerings.
Leverage data and insights to inform design decisions and achieve business and user outcomes.
Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive designs with a keen eye for detail.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and uncover opportunities.
Move projects through the design process—from discovery and concept to detailed design and implementation—while tracking progress.
Create clear, compelling prototypes and presentations that articulate context, priorities, and user journeys.
Mentor junior designers and raise the overall design quality within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field.
5+ years of industry experience in product design or a related field.
Expertise across human‑centered design disciplines (research, strategy, flows, journey mapping, wireframing, information architecture, UX/UI, usability testing, accessibility).
A portfolio demonstrating delivery of large‑scale product releases.
Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in a complex, commercially focused, fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to balance business and user needs.
Experience with Figma, design systems, and stakeholder relationship building.
Consumer banking or FinTech experience is a plus.
