As the Senior Technical Product Manager – Electrical Standards at OneMHS, you will balance business and technical perspectives to create the future of Amazon’s material handling electrical architecture with new, innovative solutions. Your day will involve strategic problem‑solving, collaborative design sessions, and transformative product development that pushes the boundaries of robotics and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the expert for electrical standard components such as variable frequency drives, control panels, and network architecture, providing strategic technical guidance.
Create comprehensive product documentation, lead research initiatives, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance product performance.
Build consensus and communicate complex technical concepts, developing strategic narratives that inspire leadership.
Analyze complex system architectures, develop innovative solutions, and make critical design decisions that impact global operations.
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, define success metrics, and mentor teams in best practices of technical product development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA.
