Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated MES Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, configuring, and supporting MES solutions, specifically with hands‑on expertise in Emerson's Syncade MES platform.
Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
Lead the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of MES solutions using Syncade.
System Integration:
Configure and maintain interfaces between Syncade MES and other critical systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP), DCS (e.g., DeltaV), historians, and LIMS.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for the operational Syncade environment, resolving complex issues related to batch execution, system performance, and integration failures.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Automation, Quality, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and leverage Syncade capabilities to improve production efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial), Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience working as an MES Engineer or Automation Engineer in a regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or similar).
Mandatory:
2+ years of direct, hands‑on experience with Emerson Syncade MES, including configuration and deployment in a production environment.
