We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid/Senior‑Level ERP Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and hands‑on experience with both on‑premises and some cloud‑based software systems. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze business needs, develop and implement system solutions, and ensure optimal performance of the ERP system. This is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and validate business requirements to develop effective system solutions

Support, maintain, and enhance on‑premises applications, including AS/400 Mapics ERP and SmarTeam PDM systems

Design, develop, and implement software solutions using SQL, Visual Basic, .NET, and IIS applications

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process workflows

Provide end‑user support and training as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience as an ERP Systems Manager/Administrator, or in a related role

Hands‑on experience with on‑premises systems such as AS/400 Mapics ERP and SmarTeam PDM (preferred)

Proficient in SOX auditing in a highly regulated environment

Development experience with SQL, Visual Basic, .NET, and IIS‑based applications

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with technical and non‑technical teams

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with business processes within a manufacturing facility

Experience with application & data integration processes

Knowledge of CMMC, NIST, SOX, ITAR, DFARS and GDPR compliance a plus

Experience with Report writing & automation (Automate, Compleo, Crystal, Monarch & SSRS)
