Marketing Project Coordinator

W2 Contract:

2-Month Contract

(11/10-12/31 – likely to extend)

Hybrid

(4 days a week onsite required, sometimes 5 if client required)

Overview We’re seeking a Marketing Project Coordinatorto join the Creative team supporting our telecommunications client’s direct response marketing effortsacross acquisition and customer relationship management campaigns. This role provides hands‑on support to Project Managers and the broader creative team to ensure the seamless production, execution, and delivery of marketing materials across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and creative partners.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning and executing direct response marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, digital, etc.).

Assist in campaign production activities, including building matrices, coordinating creative and offer details, reviewing proofs, and conducting production audits.

Collect, validate, and organize campaign data and information from internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Help prepare project documentation, timelines, and weekly status reports.

Contribute to presentations and campaign summaries for leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Partner with Legal, Brand, and Offer Management teams to ensure compliance and creative accuracy.

Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in marketing, creative production, or project coordination (corporate or agency setting preferred).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Strong problem‑solving skills and a demonstrated willingness to learn.

A self‑starter with a “go‑getter” mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Background in direct response marketing, campaign production, or creative operations.

Familiarity with marketing workflows, creative briefs, and quality control processes.

Experience working with external agencies and cross‑functional partners.
