Our client is seeking BCBAs for Essex County. Starting at $90/hour.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Assess behavior: Observe clients to identify behavior challenges

Create treatment plans: Design individualized plans to help clients improve their behaviors

Set goals: Help clients set realistic goals

Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of client progress

Train others: Supervise and instruct others in the field

Conduct research: Learn about new techniques and apply findings to their work

Collect data: Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans

Develop materials: Create resources and professional learning for staff and other professionals

Manage caseloads: Manage clients and prepare required documentation

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Minimum of a Master's Degree

Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field

NJ State Certifications

Experience treating young adult populations

Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting

School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations

Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings

Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management

Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
