Job Summary

Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the physical movement and system transactions of specific inventory in the warehouse. Education / Work Experience

3+ years’ experience required. High School Diploma. Skills / Knowledge

Must be able to do simple math calculations. Experience using outlook or other e-mail platforms. Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required. Ability to work on highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily. Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Must verify (audit) the work of others. Must be highly organized. Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance. Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately. Must have legible handwriting. Must be able to walk, crouch, reach and lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to Pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site. Qualifications

Put away all incoming material physically, as well as in the MRP system. Create bin locations in MRP system. Prioritize incoming material appropriately, following guidelines given. Issue HOT material in the MRP system, and deliver immediately. Responsible for all material sales transactions on the stockroom side. Back-up for the window position. Back-up for the Cycle Count Coordinator position. Must be able to find and resolve discrepancies effectively and in a timely manner. Follow all established work instructions and guidelines. Must be able to use Epicor accurately. Must be able to use Microsoft TEAMS consistently. Must be able to use Microsoft excel consistently and accurately. Must be able to type without errors. Must be able to interface in a positive manner with all levels of employees and Management. Must be able to run reports and analyze data on daily receipts and inventory locations. Verify all transactions are complete and accurate. Will be using multiple computer applications at a time. Must be self-motivated. Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific family and or specific training plan. Train new employees. Support all corporate and site 6S objectives. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Pay Range:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour. Benefits Offered:
