Job Summary: Alluvionic is seeking an

Executive Administrative Assistant Journeyman

to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our senior leadership team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting executives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Clearance Required: Must Posses Active Secret Clearance; SCI Eligible.

Mclean, VA

Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls

Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, and statistical summaries

Conduct research and compile data for management reports and decision-making purposes

Receive and assist visitors, responding to inquiries and ensuring a professional experience

Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions

Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information in accordance with company policies

Support and collaborate with other administrative and clerical staff, including training and supervision as needed

Assist in special projects, events, and operational initiatives to support executive leadership

Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up

Qualifications:

Associates degree required

Minimum 3-10 years of experience supporting senior executives in the Intelligence Community (IC)

Proven ability to manage executive schedules, workflows, and high-level correspondence

Strong oral and written communication skills for senior leadership correspondence

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Candidates must maintain a Professional Demeanor and are expected to dress professionally in support of the client
